This article will help you setup your VizPin system with PeopleVine along with guides on how to deploy to your users and troubleshoot.
To get started, we need to identify your Account ID from VizPin along with your reader IDs to get everything configured. Once you have these in place, please send to your integration team.
Once in place, we will setup 3 webhooks to ensure that the data is flowing between VizPin and PeopleVine.
- Pre Register Vizpin User - when a new member is added
- Grant Vizpin on Active Status - when a new member is added and/or set to active
- Revoke Vizpin on Cancellation - when a member cancels

You might want to setup the Revoke Member Access to also run for members who fail billing or go into pending status.
For Your Members
Now that VizPin is configured with your account, it's important to inform your users how the VizPin process works.
Once a new member is setup for the first time, we will pre-register the member's mobile number with VizPin. This mobile number must be used when the user registers with VizPin.
Once in place, we recommend you sending an e-mail to your members to inform them to download the VizPin app.
Upon logging in to the VizPin app, your member will click on existing user, then forgot password to receive a pin. They can then login and setup a new password. At this time, they will immediately see all available keys.
